Help Adding to your map
Markers
Pin homes, shops, farms and portals on your map, each with a name, notes and a look of its own.
Adding a marker
- Open your world, then Markers, and pick the dimension.
- Choose Add marker, then click the map where it goes.
- Give it a name, and a description if you like: visitors see it when they click the marker.
- Choose Add to the map. It's on the live map straight away, with no render.

Drag a marker to move it, or type its X and Z. Y is optional, for your own notes.
Types: a marker's icon
A marker's icon is its type. Give your ten stables the same "Stable" icon, and on the map visitors get a Markers menu listing each icon used there, with how many markers use it, to show or hide. Hide "Stable" and every stable goes.
The menu names each type after its icon: the built-in ones by their own names (Home, Farm, Shop…), your own by the name you give them.
How a marker looks
- Icon: eleven built-in pins (home, farm, shop, castle, portals and more) in any colour, or your own.
- Label: its colour, an optional box behind it, four fonts including a Minecraft-style one, and three sizes.
- Name shown: the map's setting, always, or only when pointed at.
- Shows on: every snapshot, or only the ones you choose, when the timeline is on.
Your own icons
Upload a PNG, WebP, GIF or JPEG (up to 512 KB) with the upload button at the end of the icons. It's shown at 32 pixels, crisp edges kept, so pixel art works well. Your icons are shared by all your worlds.
The Your icons card lists them. Rename one there and that type is renamed on every map that uses it. Delete one and its markers become plain pins.
On the map
The On the map card sets, for the whole map, whether marker names always show, and whether a marker's details open when it's clicked or as soon as it's pointed at.
Players can add markers from inside Minecraft too, through Bedrock Relay. See Markers from in game.
Markers are part of Premium. Spawn is always marked, on every plan.
