Questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 7 days of Premium, from when you confirm your email address. There's no card to give and nothing to cancel: when it ends, your account carries on as Free.
Can I subscribe during my trial?
Yes. Your trial carries on, and your first payment is when it would have ended.
How do I cancel?
From Account in your dashboard, choose Manage your subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and aren’t charged again.
What happens to my maps if Premium ends?
Your maps are cut to Free's size, and one world stays active: the others are locked, and deleted after 90 days unless you come back. A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the month you've paid for first. Nothing you've hidden is ever shown. The details.
Which currency will I pay in?
Pounds, dollars or euros, whichever you choose above. Once you’ve subscribed, your account stays in that currency.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, who handle payments for us: we never see your card details. Stripe emails your receipts, and you can download invoices from your account page.
