Ask on Discord
The BedrockMap team and other map owners answer questions there, share their maps, and hear about new features first. For something about your account or a payment, say so and we'll take it to a private message.

When you ask, it helps to say
- Your map's address (bedrockmap.net/map/…).
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- For an upload: the message it showed, and whether the world is Bedrock or Java.
- A screenshot, if something looks wrong.
